GENERAL INQUIRIES
Every group is special and unique, so no matter what the celebration, let us plan your dream spa day!
Our large space holds 8 massage rooms, including two couples suites. Each treatment includes an additional 30 minutes of volcanic rock therapy following the massage, facial or body treatment. All this space means your group can enjoy multiple services at the same time. We also have an amazing patio space to soak in the gorgeous views of Blue Mountain. Email [email protected] with your details, and we will start organizing the day for you!
Please note, all group bookings of 8+ guests will have an 18% gratuity added to their final bill at time of payment. Please note due to limited capacity we do not offer group discounts.
HOW DO I BOOK?
Please send an email to [email protected] and include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your preferred date, and time frame (morning, afternoon, evening)
- How many people in the group?
- First and last name of everyone looking to book a service
- A contact phone number AND email for the group (individual emails are preferred to receive an email confirmation of each appointment, but not required)
- List of which service(s) each person is interested in, also a note of their second choice of service(s) incase their first choice is unavailable
- Include any other important details that will help plan your perfect day (i.e., we are not arriving until 1pm, and must finish by 6pm)
- Let us know how you would like payment to be handled
Within 48 hours we’ll be in touch with you to provide an overview of what we have available, and what your day with us would look like.
We do require a credit card to hold any reservations. Nothing is charged to the card, it’s simply to hold the bookings. Everyone in the group can pay individually on the day of the appointments.
Any changes or cancellations for any group size can be made up to 48 hours prior to your appointments. If any changes or cancellations are made within the 48 hours, then the card on file would get charged for the full amount of the cancelled service.
PLEASE NOTE
If you are interested in yoga, we’ll arrange that first and then work your services around the class.

The groups coordinator will work with your bridal party to best fit your group in! iwa Spa features 6 single treatment rooms, and two couples suites. The volcanic rock therapy studio can accommodate up to 10 guests in our large studio comfortably, as well, 2 private rooms perfect for couples or if you are looking for a more intimate experience. Yoga is also hosted most mornings in our large suite, which could be a unique experience for your party! All this beautiful space means we can accommodate your group experiencing multiple services at once! Every group is unique -view our à la carte spa menu and we will customize your spa time to your liking.
We also have an amazing patio area with an epic view of Blue Mountain, and did we mention that our spa is fully licensed?! End your spa adventure with a cold & bubbly beverage.

We can accommodate large groups of up to 60+ guests throughout a given day, with a various of treatments to choose from, such as, facials, relaxation massages, and unique body treatments. We also host morning restorative yoga in our volcanic rock therapy studio, which can fit up to 10 people at once.

THERAPISTS & RECEIPTS
iwa Spa therapists are all registered or certified in their profession. Receipts for treatments booked with a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) are available for individual RMT services which are being paid for by the guest for reimbursement under many benefit plans. In the case of a third party paying for the Massage Therapy treatment on behalf of the client, and the charges go to a master bill, insurance receipts will be issued as per CMTO regulations: The receipt is issued in the name of the payer, and the description of service will read “Massage Therapy Treatment for _______” (name of the recipient of the Massage Therapy treatment). Receipts are not available for Relaxation Massage or Reflexology services.
