Registered Massage Therapy
Our Registered Massage Therapists (RMT) provide receipts for coverage under your group health benefits.
Duration: 60 minutes + 30 minutes Volcanic Rock Therapy – please allow 2 hours total.
A Couples Massage provides a unique opportunity to receive massage together with your spouse, friend or loved one.
There are two tables and two therapists – one for each person to receive individualized treatment simultaneously, followed by time together in our Volcanic Rock Therapy Suite.
A pregnant woman’s body is challenged, changed, and stressed in many ways during pregnancy. Touch is vital to the mother’s physical and emotional well-being as she adapts to her new body image.
Prenatal massage can help relieve back pain associated with muscle tension, edema, or swelling by stimulating circulation throughout the body. It is also very beneficial in relaxing anxiety during pregnancy and leg massage can help reduce cramping and swelling in the legs.
Massage can promote a more restful night sleep and help prevent pregnancy related insomnia. RMT receipt available.

Relaxation Massage

This unique and gentle relaxation ritual naturally soothes. It stimulates blood flow, uses light massage techniques, smoothing and light stretching movements by the therapist to deliver a lasting soothing effect and a wonderful sensation of well-being.

Hot Stone Massage
This treatment uses heated stones which are strategically placed on the body and used during the massage. The warmth generates a deep penetrating heat. This can help reduce muscle tension and assist circulation. The warm stones are masterfully combined with gentle strokes to relax those achy muscles.

Head in the Clouds CBD Upper Body Massage
Let your mind wander to a place of dreamy relaxation. CBD is widely known to ease muscular tension, reduce inflammation, relieve pain and anxiety.
This massage focuses on the upper body and will leave your skin ravishingly rejuvenated. The Mint & CBD infused lotion is THC-free for no intoxicating effect.
Following your massage, you’ll have 30 minutes in our volcanic rock therapy suite. The cooling sensation of the CBD lotion will have your head in the clouds as you sink into the warm volcanic rock. The ultimate spahhh experience!

The Headspace Harmony Massage is a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit.
This massage uses Apricot Oil, a vitamin rich blend of apricot kernel oil, grapeseed oil, seabuckthorn extract and luxurious jojoba oil. This oil blend is fantastic for your hair!
