Our soft launch consists of a planned, phased introduction of our team and services.
At iwa spa we want to ensure we start off with a great customer experience. This means taking the time in our first month to ensure our iwa team, equipment and systems are all delivering at a standard that will thrill and chill our guests.
Beginning on July 31st, our opening hours will be 10am – 7pm daily. Come in and see our beautiful new space, check out our awesome array of retail products, and book an appointment for one of our services. As part of the soft launch we will be offering limited appointment times to ensure we are prepared to deliver the amazing wellness spa experience that iwa will be.

Explore the site to see all the great spa services we have available during our soft launch, and learn about our ganbanyoku and yoga, which will launch later in August! We will have a full complement of appointment times available by September.
