Awaken your senses and experience what life may be like without vision. Join us for Yoga in the Dark this Sunday, October 30th at 12:30pm. The practice of Yoga without the benefit of sight is a magical experience. You will be provided with an eye mask as we guide you through a gentle restorative yoga class. Awaken your senses and experience what life may be like without vision; it’s about gaining perspective. Your participation will help support blind and partially sighted individuals in our community.
